killing fishes and other midweek activities

My weekdays are mostly spent reading blogs, eating pretzels and drinking pots of coffee. This, in itself, is not a bad thing. But I'm a bit bored. I think I might have enough to say to fill this, what with wedding planning, book reading, xbox playing, arrested development watching and gym going (are you bored reading this? I'm bored writing it...)

(books i like. and coffee. always coffee.)

I should point out I do things at weekends. Productive, good for society type things. Unfortunately the fun stuff in the world happens whilst I am on placement, leaving me a LOT of down time. If I were a proper blogging girl, I would bake a cake of some description, recommend some super quirky clothes/makeup/jewelery and then gush about how fabulous boyfriend is. Boyfriend is fabulous, but I'm unlikely to talk about it. I don't bake (I barely cook) and thanks to my pitiful bursary I can't afford clothes/makeup or jewelery.

Instead, my main task today is to find the angel fish missing an eye at the bottom of the tank, hope its dead already and put it in the bin. Or figure out how to kill a fish quickly. Then put it in the bin.

(looks just like said fish. but with an eye. image from fishkipedia. yeah, its a real thing.)

With subjects as riveting as this, how could you not want to read about my life?
